    God, I know! I've been wearing size 18/20 in tops for ages so they'll last me a while. I also have about 40 pairs of jeans in every size from a 24 down to a 16! God knows how, but they are going to come in handy! Might try a size 22 on today - doubt they'll fit but no harm in seeing how close I am

    Okay, the 22s don't fit but it's my hips that are too big, not my thighs which is the usual issue. I can get them on, just not done up. So close!

    I solve the problem by just wearing elasticated leggings at the moment, size large. No idea what size I am right now. All I know is all my trousers are too small as I got rid of my bigger sizes coz I was never going to go up again! Doh!

    GOOD NEWS!!!!!! We are getting a puppy!!!!!! Tomorrow! Yay!!!!!! Cocker spaniel! Calling him Campbell!

    A lie-in (8am) is what I'm having tomorrow! Day off! Whoooooooooop! I'm going to get lots of work done for Uni though.

    My planned evening off the diet is fast approaching. It was meant to be Valentine's night but moving it to Saturday night so that I have a whole week to undo any 'damage'. I'd made a pact with myself that I would cancel the night off if I thought I'd struggle to get back onto the diet but I really feel that I will get right back on plan. The thought that I could have been at goal by now if I had just got right back on the diet after 'treats' and slip-ups is imprinted on my brain and that is driving me forward. I have Egypt to focus on and after that a summer holiday to Majorca - I WILL be wearing my beautiful size 14 maxi dress!

    My plan for the night off is to have my packs as normal in the morning and at lunchtime (easy because I'm at work all day), and then our romantic Valentine's meal in the evening. No alcohol (not a drinker), just water and perhaps a Coke Zero in the evening. The next day, it's right back on plan (easy again because I'm at work all day). I think if there is any gain, it will be gone and some more by WI the following Saturday.

    This is a real test for me. I want to show that I can do it, and that I am in control this time. I know there are people who will say that I shouldn't have a night off but the key to success in any diet is allowing yourself a treat OCCASIONALLY. This is the rule I'm going to follow when I'm maintaining so why not get a little practice in now?

    I won't ask you to wish me luck because I know I will do it. I feel so in control this time, it's amazing
