Last time - need roughly 100lbs to shift!!
Been calorie counting for a while now and on Diet Chef food and really enjoying it atm.
Lost 5lbs when i weighed in this morning so im chuffed to bits, problem is i always do well first week, three days into second week and then slip, but im counting this as another Week 1 for my mind hehe i hope it works.
Im going to be logging my daily food to give me more help and if anyone finds any faults please do share!!
