ive started my calorie counting again today!
lost 4lb in a week and thought id start slimming world but i found i was putting on more weight
so im going back to calorie counting. Fingers crossed i can loose 2 stone!
I dont have time to do my daily diary but i use my fitness pal every day so if anyone wants to see, its in my bio.
I will update my weigh in every monday morning, if anyone wants to join my on my journey that would be fab.
