Hiya! I've just worked it out and I'm scared that it's too many calories! I apparently have 27.9% body fat percent! Anyways I'm 143lbs and my goal is 119lbs. It says that I should eat 1616cals for sedentary and 1852cals for lightly active. Don't know which one to pick. I'm a nurse so I work 8hrs a day and am standing for those 8hrs. I also walk 30mins 5days a week. Will I still lose weight if those cals are so high? I used to eat 1200 and id lose bout 1-1.5lbs a week so I don't know what to do! Would really love your input on this, thanks!
