...not eat chocolate.
I thought I'd make this thread for people to add short weekly goals to prove to themselves they can be in control.
If you want to join with your own weekly goal then just add your weekly promise to the thread and then update as follows.

Great idea My first weekly goal was to do the Wii Fit plus everyday for a week - and I have 2 days or so left I think..
So my next goal will be 1 week of no chips and biscuits.

I've up chocolate for lent (I started day after valentines day tho!) so have done 8 days so far! It is possible but it's a tricky one!!
I want to pledge to exercise every morning on an empty stomach. Even just for 20 minutes. I've got some DVDs and an exercise bike. There's no excuse!! I've done it yesterday and today so I will pledge for the 7 days as well.
I'm hoping to do this forever, but a week would be a good start.
Dont eat anything after 12pm. If I eat at 11.30 I finish, brush teeth and thats me done.
