Have lost 2 stone on SW following the extra easy plan but have hit a real plateau. Have been losing and gaining the same 6lbs over the last 6 months so decided to try calorie counting to kick start my losses again.
Ive started using mfp which has calculated my allowance to 1200 kcals a day. This seems doable however my question is about exercise.
On SW you dont get extra syns for exercise but I noticed on mfp if you burn calories in the gym it adds these onto your allowance.
Do most people eat these extra calories for exercise or not?
