Try and hang in there...it will get better. Its really tough when you first start, but quite soon all the cravings will go. Try and do something to take your mind off it....even if it means going to bed for a few hours. When you wake up you'll be really pleased with yourself that you didn't cave. If you feel that you're absolutely gonna cave, try having a carb free meal...will keep you in ketosis....Keep drinking loads....Then start again tomorrow :-). Good luck xx

Hi thanks for reply managed to get through the day so glad I did. This is first time I've proper wanted to give up but I will persevere I find if I do too much it zaps me of energy. It does help reading the boards but for some reason today my willpower nearly went. I think I'm drowning my insides I drink that much water lol.

Well done for persevering. It's true what everyone says...after the first week or so
You do start feel more energetic....I feel more energetic than normal when I'm on this. The first week is grueling....but when you get weighed you won't even think of caving, if you've stuck to it like it sounds you have you'll get a lovely surprise when you Step on those scales :-)... Finding the nice weather is really motivating me right now xx

Wow well done! 10lb is amazing! I've only just started a few days ago....done it twice in the past. Really worked for me, but had a lot going on over the last few years and ended up caving as a result. It's taken me ages of not watching what I've eaten... So back again to do it properly once and for all :-)

Starting to find it easier myself. Always had loads of side affects when I've done it in the past.... But none this time! Keep worrying I'm doing something wrong! Must just be drinking enough perhaps! Glad to hear you're still doing so well. This is my first weekend on it and I figure if I can get through this, the rest will be a breeze. It was mother in laws bday last night, at the local Indian restaurant.... So that was a challenge. Off to a party tonight, christening tomorrow, out tomorrow night and then a BBQ Monday! Think I've got it all covered tho..... Going to drive to all events.... So will just stick to sparkling water, then for the BBQ will stick to salad and maybe a bit of skinless chicken.... I think I'll find it easier after the weekend! So determined this time tho... Can't even look at myself in the mirror at the moment so enoughs enough! Weigh in is on Tuesday!! Only 3 more weeks then? That wil fly by!! :-) x

Wow callie u really have got a challenging weekend and like you say if u can get through this weekend u can get through anything. I drown myself with water so I'm full and not as tempted. I went to a meal yesterday and found it easier than expected as I'm liking the scales going down more than food atm even forget shakes now and have to catch up. I've a few side affects but nothing like last time u did it. We have the same weigh in day mines at 9.30 when's urs? I go on holiday in 3 weeks then I'm undecided what to do after wether to carry on of got to slimming club

Mines at 8.30 pm after work. Half way there....went to the party last night, just drank sparkling water. Really proud of myself this time, in the past I'd always have a little cheat and say 'a little wont hurt'! But not this time.... Too determined and as you say... I don't even feel like eating....it's all in the mind! How much have you got to lose? I think other slimming clubs can be more sociable, it's down to what suits you the most i suppose, I'm desperate to get a couple of stone off before My hol at the end of June x

Ul easily lose a couple of stone by June callie especially as your heads in it so well. U should be very proud of yourself for getting through a hard weekend all in all ave got another about 2 and a half stone to lose what about you? I just needed to shed a fair bit before my holiday to feel comfortable and not constantly worrying about how fat I look
