Good luck! I have done two weeks since Christmas and just been doing half arsed attempts... As of this morning am back in the zone and determined! You know that a week in you will be feeling fantastic again and the clothes with start to loosen again... When we do it properly the effects are so quick to see! You can do it!!!xxx

I'm back as of today aswell! Haven't done it for almost a year but have put on 7lbs and need to loose that and more! I'm getting married in may and have my first dress fitting next Monday so need to loose as much as I can by then as I won't get in my dress :-((
