    I know what you mean! Took a picture of myself whilst I was on my night shift and I actually cried. Couldn’t believe that was me, couldn't believe that was what people see when they look at me. I was gonna start my plan Jan 2nd but starting today instead. I can’t stand to look at myself. Time for the transformation to begin!
    A new me!!!

    2. Drop to 16 stones

    5. Fit into size 16 old bday dress.
    6. Drop to 14 stones
    7. Fit into size 14 dress
    8. Drop to 13 stones

    Final Goal - Fit into size 10 dresses

    Erghh iv just toke mine. I have major rolls everywhere. And didn't realise my boobs looked so flat!
