    Hi everyone, back on it again But this is the last time, I WILL DO IT Anyway I am just so pleased to have finished day 1. I always find the first few days hard. Anyone else just starting who would like to buddy up and keep motivated?

    We can do it !!! Lol Day 2 for me now and just cooking the dinner and drinking my shake at same time Had a really bad headache today and was quite hungry but just took my paracetamol and drank loads of water. I am sooooooooo bad at weighing everyday but I find it keeps me motivated in the first week. Am so looking forward to getting to day 3 haven't had the willpower to do that for ages. Hope u r all having a good day

    Have been drinking loads of water And running to the loo a lot, must have added at least an extra 1000 steps up and down the stairs!!!!
