I restarted the Cambridge weight plan and am doing sole source. Did originally begin back in October but went back to old habits after a few slip ups. Anyway... New year and I am feeling more determined than ever to shed the weight I need to. I am currently 16 stone 10 pounds and want to get down to around 10 or 9.5 stone depending on how I look ans feel. If anyone else is looking for a Cambridge buddy for support and swapping advice and tips etc then please let me know.
First day of plan as gone okay... Feeling hungry but know this will pass in a few days.
