    Re-feed/pre holiday and holiday weight gain - 23lbs.

    11 Weeks On my Own - 4 lbs lost (21/05/14 to 10/07/14)

    Total Loss to Date - 34.5 lbs, currently 10 stone 3.5 lbs after 27 weeks
