    Nearly time for a new month! What's your goal for April?

    I'm stepping up to step 2 half way through April, so I am going to go for 15lbs again (5 weigh ins in April for me).

Week 11 - 3.5lbs. Week 12 - 2lbs. Week 13 - 3lbs. Week 14 - 3lbs. Week 15 - STS (miracle!). Week 16 - 3.5lbs.

    Re-feed/pre holiday and holiday weight gain - 23lbs.

    I started on step 2 on Monday so i think its not gonna come off as quick not gonna be disappointed so i will go for 7lbs .

    Im just starting day 3. Going on holiday for the weekend on 1st May so im definitely up for the April challenge. Starting weight at the weekend was 10.9 1/2. Would love to get back to my wedding weight for 1st May which is 9.4. So 19Ib in total.
