    My journey so far

    Just wanted to say hi. Been reading posts on her since i started on Cambridge 3 weeks ago. I'm a 6ft male aged 32 with a starting weight of 23st 1lbs. I have found it okay so far but getting a bit boring and the temptation to not cheat getting a little harder. I have had 3 weigh ins so far my next will be on saturday and i will update then. My total weight loss in 3 weeks has been 2st 3lbs and that makes me happy.

    08/03/14 22st 1lbs ...........1 stone lost
    15/03/14 21st 5lbs ...........10 lbs lost TOTAL 1st 10lbs

    Sadly, this is totally normal - it's a side effect of the ketosis that never seems to shift. Think of it as an indication that fat is literally melting off of you and taking away the heat from your fingers. It's totally ridiculous, but it keeps me going when I'm huddled under a blanket with a heater on in my living room!

    Congrats on the losses so far and long may it keep you happy! =)

    I need to see a result to keep me going. I have been doing ww previously and it's soul destroying to keep losing 1lb a week when you've tried so hard.
    This diet is an all or nothing approach but maybe that's what I need to get the job done. X
