I have a stinking cold so am spending a lot of time snoozing and not much time drinking water. I also know that the throat sweets I find essential to life at the moment are not exactly part of the plan! Another bad week I think. Any ideas at a rescue attempt for the week?
On the plus side I have had the all clear from the hospital so don't have that worrying me any more!!!
Sudafed nasal spray was a godsend for me. Colds came and went during my diet.
