    1 week tomorrow

    Hi,

    I started SS a week tomorrow & have my first weigh in tomorrow night!

    I am feeling really nervous though as I was weighed 2 weeks ago as I wanted to be ready to go after the Easter weekend & I must say I did indulge up until last Monday night.

    I would say that I have been good sticking to the plan although on two occasions I drank some chicken stock as I needed something savoury & I don't like the soups!

    I vaguely remember someone telling me Boullion (??) is allowed....but i didnt think much about the taste....
    Week 1 - 5: -22lbs and -15.5 inches
    week 6 - 10: -11lbs and -12 inches
    week 11: -6lbs (new measurements taken)
    week 12: -2lbs and -3.75 inches
    week 13: -2lbs and -3.25 inches
    week 14: STS and -3 inches.
    Week 15: -0.5lb and -2.5inches. I don't get it

    Total Loss: 43.5lbs and 40 inches

    Thanks! I lost 7lbs & 9.5inches in total although my consultant thinks it will actually be more weight than that as I was weighed 2 weeks ago & only been on the diet 6 days!

    I would have liked more but I'm happy with that.
