    Feeling sick.

    Hi all,

    Did anyone else feel sick to their stomach on day 2+ of starting CWP?? I feel absolutely dreadful. Never felt so sick in my life. It's been going on all day.

    Any advice would be great x

    Hi genie,

    I felt a bit like this in day 3. I never felt like I would actually be sick just really nauseas. All I can suggest is keep drinking the water as it really will help. I'm sure others have had different experiences but mine only lasted for the day and I've never felt like that since. Hope it's gets better for you soon :-)

    Might be body getting used to all vitamins in products. Drink a glass of water right before and after a product or dilute the products (use more water than lackey says) that will help x

    week 2- ss/ss+ 16-0 (-9lb and 5 inches)
    week 3- ss/ss+ 15-11 (-3lb) including a blow out one night unintentional
    week 4- ss/ss+ 15-8 (-3lb and 3 inches)
    week 5- ss 15-6 (-2lb and 1 3/4 inches) not bad as two days off for a wedding.
    week 6- ss 15-0 (-6lb and 4 3/4 inches) whoop
    week 7- ss 14-10 (-4lb and 1/2 inch)
    week 8- step 2 whilst on holiday
    week 9 Step 3 sick with a uti 15-11 (+15lb)
    week 10-11 ss/ss+ 14-9 (-16lb and 1 3/4 inches)
    week 12 ss/ss+ 14-6 (-3lb)
    week 13 ss/ss+ 14-12 (+6lb)
    week 14 ss 14-3 (-9lb and 5 3/4 inches)
    week 15 holiday ss+/ss
    week 16 ss/ss+ 13-12 (-5lb and 2 1/4 inches)
    week 17 CDC holiday ss+
    week 18 step 2 & exercise 13-6 (-6lb and 2 1/4 inches)
    week 19 weekend away lost plot not been weighed
    week 20 step 2 & exercise 13-4 (-2lb)
    week 21 step 3 & exercise 13-3 (-1lb and 4 inches)
    week 22 step 2 on holiday
    total loss = 51lb and 31 1/4 inches

    as suggested drink plenty of water, it could possibly be an ill timed bug , lots of sickness bugs going around where I live at the moment.x

    I'm drinking 3.5 l of water each day. I've just tried and forced my CD breakfast down and I physically couldn't do it, I'm feeling too sick again. But when I eat my evening proper meal, it's fine and I enjoy it. Argh

    I know I'm def not unwell because when I sit and think about bread and butter etc if feel hungry lol

    But god those CD items are turning my stomach I feel like crying it will get better !!

    I went to my mums last night and she had a bag of malteasers and I sniffed inside the bag and I nearly threw up ha ha. They used to me my fav sweets! Amazing. I'm still craving carbs like MAD though. Someone at work had a hash brown this morning and I nearly fainted at it, especially when I got a taste in my mouth of my bar, errgghhhhh :-( lol x

    Week 16: +1.5lbs. Went from SS to Step 3 in same week! Not surprised at the gain!

    Week 20: -1.5lbs 11st 8 (no inches taken)
    Week 21: In Barbados
    Week 22: +14lbs and +10 inches (heavier than i was in June!)

    Total Loss: 42.5lbs and 39.5 inches
