I'm another newbie here.
Started diet today, so far had porridge, and a bar 3x black coffee and 1L of water but I'm still starving. Haha (I've just had a big binge over the weekend because my brother was visiting)
Anyone got any tips??
I've also got a little boy and I'm so so scared about eating his crusts Ect but I really want to lose about 3stone doing this diet.
Also...very random but I have a hen party at the weekend do u think that it's possible to lose about 4lb by then?
