I'm on SS+ I lost 7lbs in my first 4 days which was surprising. I really think that small meal in the evening really makes this plan work fore. I've tried SS before and yes obviously it worked but it was hard and thenI binged for months after which wasn't good.

I dont think step 2 is much different is it? How long have you been doing it for?

This is my 6th day lol.

Started Monday, I'm finding it hard to be honest and contemplating SW so I can have food still but limit my portions to be honest...having no food is driving me mad wanting me to binge hardcore!
This is my first time! I got weighed on Friday to motivate me over weekend by consultant and I've lost 5lb, this diet is so unsocial and I have my birthday and even Christmas dos to go to and I've read drinking alcohol will make you ill doing this and any foods will make you put it all on again!

I'm at a wall finding it hard too as it's weekend and not at work, my shift doesn't start again until Wednesday

    What's your goal?

It really does get easier this is my second time and I felt the same first time round I even threw up after day one because I couldn't take the shakes at all. On the plus side I did continue with it and it became a lot easier.
Yes it is very unsocial able and IF you don't follow the steps and go back to your old eating habits of course it will go back on but follow it through and it changes lives

Don't give up yet Hun once you've had a few weigh ins and see how quickly your body changes you'll be hooked x

I'm trying! lol thanks for the reply!

I'm dreading tomorrow it's my week weigh in! Aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh this will determine my motivation for sure!

I did notice a pair of my comfy pj bottoms were a nice loose on me, usually not tight but fitted haha.

Long way to go get. Just keep thinking to myself in 4 weeks if I lose 5lb a week it'll be 20lbs off and if I give up now in a month I'll think why didn't I stick to it!

Still debating wether to go on SW though enjoy food at small quantities etc
