The 'Zero' range

I know they aren't confirmed okay by CD....

BUT oh my are they getting me through the tough times. Especially now all the Coca cola range do a 'zero' range.

Does anyone else find they help like they do me?

Cambridge say a little bit per day is ok. But I think they mean the equivalent of maybe a can occasionally.

But if it keeps you on track I say go with it. Just be careful that the citric acid doesn't knock you out of ketosis as it can with some people.

Xxx

I thought it was only coke zero as it didnt have Citric Acid??

It used get me through the day too, its like a little treat...:)

2nd time round doing Cambridge, lost nearly 6 stone first time then let it slip back up and now i have 2 stone to loose....

Any tricks or tips ye can share...:)

It's not strictly citric acid it's sodium citrate in coke zero which is essentially the salt of the acid. So use it as a little treat. Unless you know it doesn't knock you out of ketosis then just keep using it!

Jelly is my favourite. Veggie gelatine, hot water and Cambridge water flavouring with a splash of food colouring and you're getting liquid and feel like you're having something different!

Good luck!
