The best cure for water retention is to drink more water. I have retained alot of water this week but am sure it will pass. If your body is retaining water it may need it.
    Short term goal ..... 14st.

Your body holds onto water naturally if it is dehydrated. So like pp said the best option is to drink more.
Taking water tablets will only relive the retention temporarily, & once they are out of your system you will hold onto the water again.

Is it totm? I used to take Fruosemide before I started on cd when I was due. But not allowed on cd, so have stopped. x

Thanks for the replies, I guess I'll just keep drinking water then.
