This time I want to stick at it!!
Hiya everyone,
I decided that I'm fed up with being fat!! My clothes don't fit anymore and my healy is not great!! I'm always out of breath after walking and out of the 53pairs of jeans I own,I canprobably fit into 3 pair comfortably....I know what a waste...lol
in a couple of weeks I finish my nursing course so feel like il be in a less stressful situation and financially stable as well as I've already got a job!
I finished a long term relationship nearly three years ago but never really got over it,and have been eating to comfort myself but unfortunately this hasn't helped my waistline or my self esteem!!
The real reason I really want to lose this weight is because I feel very ugly and fat and I think that if I don't get a grip soon these feelings of detest will never go away!!
My weight has always been a issue I've never been slim so this is really a challenge for me but one I really want to overcome.
I would really appreciate it if anyone has any tips to keep going on Sole Source,as after 3 weeks I gave up the first time I was on the CD diet!!!
I'm 5.7 and a half and I weigh 15 stones 10lbs ideally I'd like to be 12stones!! On the plus size I carry quite a bit of weight on my boobs so I know some of my weight is on the upper part of my body.....I know it's the only comfort I get when I step on the scales....I just say it's my boobs...lol but to be honest can't use that explanation forever!!!..lol
I'm starting sole source on Saturday so I'm getting nervous as I know I've got only a few days left to prepare myself mentally!!!
Any one else who is starting roughly the same time I would be really greatful if you wouldn't mind buddying up with me so we motivate each other!! That would be good!!

I know how you feel, It always amaze me that I personally place all my self worth based on my weight, when I know I am so much more.
SS I find it easier if I am not at home! keep your self busy and get into a habit, I tried sticking a "Fat" picture to the fridge... Telling myself this is costing me a lot of money and I wont be able to waste it works best for me though
Oh and planning shopping trips!!! xxx

Thanks Xylia!!! I'm starting tomorrow(Saturday 14th Jan) and I'm panicking.com I'm gonna try to stick to it!! Basically I work 12.5hr shifts so that is what I'm worried about the most!! As it gets really hot in the neonatal unit and I'm on my feet literally the whole day! I was thinking of doing sole source + as that encorporates a meal which I think i might need,my CD cousellor said it would be better to do that!!
What I'm gonna do is the days I'm working encorporate a meal and my days off just have the three shakes I'm sure it will sti give me a loss,as I really need to stick to this so il see how that goes this week!!
