Thread: Argh day 11 and super hungry this evening. Whats going on?

    Argh day 11 and super hungry this evening. Whats going on?

    Day 11 and I haven't felt hungry/cravings since day 3 of eating low carb (atkins). Finally got my shakes today and I'm actually feeling ravenous. Have had all 3 and a little chicken. Why is this happening? xx

    The EXACT same thing happened to me on days 10 & 11. All of a sudden I just had this urge to eat! I was determined not to give in. Keep going - it will pass and you'll have a great 2nd week loss!

    Managed to stay strong last night and huge headache today but I will battle through and drink more water. Thank god I have very strong will power right now! Thanks xx
