Back for the longhaul - the final journey

    Day 1
Well here I am... back for the final leg of this gruesome journey. Having been overweight for most of my life, I hit obese mid-20s and have been battling ever since. I successfully lost 3 stones after the birth of my second child, but got comfortable - flattered by people's comments etc... In 2013 due to a back injury while running, I found myself in a spiral of off/on yo-yo dieting. I've gained 1/3 of the weight back, most of my clothes don't fit but even more depressing, I stopped running

I'm back now, with my head in the right place. I will take this one day at a time, pound by pound. I'm looking forward to reading veryone's success stories and would love any and all support I can get.
CD is a wonderful tool, and it is just that, the rest, I know, is up to me. HERE's to a phenomenal 2014!!

Day 2 well underway. Bored out of my skull... I need to find a new habit now that eating's out of the question. I am glad for one thing though... Having started despite the whole fam being home! I get to laze around and be tired in my own bed!
By the time Monday rolls around I'll be set I'll be in Ketosis and in a routine.

Right now though.. ONE day at a time

I've survived Day 2 if only just! I wasn't hungry per se, had my fluids, and I'm not suffering from any particular withdrawals if not the action of jaws chomping!

Day 3 - did step on the scales to peek, but I'll stop that quick as I tend to get a bit obsessive!

It's the weekend and I tend to be a bit apprehensive about it.. But NOT this time as everyone's home for holidays... Maybe that was the habit breaking solution (starting on Mondays is NEVER a good idea for me). By the time Monday rolls around, I'll be past those first days.

Right now though, as I'm a recovering food addict I have to take it :
