    Return...struggled but know its amazing

    Hey. I've been back 6 weeks now. Lost a stone and a half but I know I've come out of ketosis. I was sick yesterday and ended up having an extra bar as well. Have not got any of the side effects I've had throughout whilst in ketosis.

    So I have to start again tomorrow morning from scratch and some encouragement/ support would be good. I have around 10lbs left to lose for my goal weight.

    This time, Cambridge has changed my life. Don't even think to have bad food really, don't want to cheat, don't want to go back to my old ways. I craved carbs, crisps, bread- EVERYTHING last time. This time in only a month it's changed my life.

    Will try and come on here more now my weights plateaued for a few days.

    Hey! Thank you. Weight loss seems to have halted, only lost a pound last week. But that's still a lot off and only half a stone or so from my goal weight so it makes sense I guess! I'm determined not to cave/ cheat and go up the stages properly!

    How long have you been doing it? How are you finding it? Xxx
