    Here's a few more pics. Just moved up a step as going to start running and swimming. I was 18st 11 I'm now 14st 2! I can smell the 13s!!!!

    I've returned under a new username, having lost weight about 5 years ago and regained it two years later (due to not doing all the steps and facing a major life crisis)

    CWP STEP 2
    wk 1-4: -14lb, -2lb, -4lb, 6lb (26lb)
    wk 5-10: -3lb, STS, -4.5lb, -4lb (11.5lb) (7cm gone on average from waist, thighs, hips)

    wk 9-12: -6lb, -5.7lb, +2lb, -6.2lb (19.9lb) waist, bust and arm
    Summary of first 12 weeks: 57.4lb lost. From size 24 to size 18. (forgot to ask consultant to measure me. Will do that next week)
