Week 6 weigh in
3lbs off this week. Feel a little bit 'meh' about it. I've had 1 actual SS+ day, and one day where I had a 200 cal chicken salad (plain) and just one shake. My water intake has been rubbish this week too, I just want a great big fat hot chocolate, with cream on top and marshmallows.
However, I've had 2 non-scales victories this week.... I went to a normal shop and bought clothes from a non-plus-size range, and I went to M&S and bought two bras that were also in 'standard' sizes, yay!
A year from now you'll wish you started a year ago....... I'm not telling you it's going to be easy, I'm telling you it's going to be worth it!
I lost 2 stone 1lb prior to starting Cambridge on 06/08/2013.
