    My week 3 weigh in!

    I did not expect this at all but I'm absolutely thrilled! -5lbs! Another 4lbs and I'll hit the 2 stone mark, would love to do it by week 4! Hope everyone is doing great, let me know how your day went x


    Weight loss to date:
    Week 1: 13lbs
    Week 2: 6lbs
    Week 3: 5lbs

    Total : 1stone 10lbs
    Cambridge loses:

    Week 1: 13lbs
    Week 2: 6lbs
    Week 3: 5lbs

    TOTAL: 1 stone 10lbs

    6th June to 20th June (Egypt) - 15 days

    21st June to 19th July (final hurdle) - 29 days

    28th June -

    12th July -
    19th July -


    20th July - 1st day refeed
    21st July - 2nd day refeed
    22nd July - 3rd day refeed
    23rd July - 4th day refeed
    24th July - 5th day refeed
    25th July - 6th day refeed

    26th July - hen party - woohoo! Praying i'll be 10s 7lb

    Then follow IF to lose final two stone, it's a battle but i'll get there!

    (switched from Monday to Friday weigh in)
