In the last few months, I have been so unhappy and the constant procrastination about getting back on plan made it worse. I considered going at it alone, calorie counting, dukan etc you name it, but when it comes down to fast weight loss with very little effort, Cambridge won hands down. Having a consultant makes it even better.
I have found an amazing consultant you have set me a target and as of right now I'm on plan. I weighed in at 15.1 stone with a goal weight of 8.10 stone. So a target loss of 6.5 st He asked me to think of something I have been looking forward to and I said going back to the gym. We agreed to be on plan for the next 25 weeks (175 days) and my reward will be to start the gym regardless if I'm at goal or not even if I get there beforehand no gym until 13/06/2014. The only catch was I will stick to plan. No excuses, trust my consultant and the plan, no overthinking or Procrastinating.
This diary is to talk about my daily experiences be it good or bad for the next 175 days and not about weight, cheating or excuses. It's time to believe in myself, change my focus and mindset. No excuses but I will take it one day at a time
