    Daily Weight Fluctation?

    Hey all,

    How much daily weight fluctuation is normal/was normal for you ons SS?
    I fluctuate by 5-6lbs! and in the evenings I am feeling a bit bloated.
    But only been having my packets not even a bite of anything else.

    Did anyone else experience this?

    I think it is because of the water

    Week 1 - 10lbs
    Week 2 - 4lbs
    Week 3 - 7lbs
    Week 4 - 2lbs
    Weeks 5 + 6 - 8lbs
    Weeks 7 + 8 - 7lbs
    Weeks 9 + 10 - 8lbs
    Weeks 11 + 12 - 6lbs
    Weeks 13 + 14 - 7lbs
    Weeks 15 + 16 - 6lbs
    Week 17 + 18 - 4lbs (step 2)
    BREAK
    Week 19 - 3lbs (unofficial seeing consultant in 2 weeks time )

    Goal 1 - Lose 1Stone
    Goal 2 - Lose 2 Stone
    Goal 3 - Lose 3 Stone
    Goal 4 -Be in 'Overweight' BMI (-3st2lb)
    Goal 5 - Lose 4 Stone
    Goal 6 - Lose 5 Stone
    Goal 7 - Be in 'Healthy' BMI (-5st8lb)
    Goal 8 - Lose 6 Stone
    Goal 9 - Lose 7 Stone - GOAL WEIGHT

    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 3st8lb
    % Lost 23.7%
    Yep mine can be up to 4lb. I avoid the scales in the evening for this reason. Although this weeks official weigh in is in the evening so not looking forward to that!!!! Don't stress and you defo won't put on any weight it's just water x

    It goes up and down all the time because of water intake.

    Best thing is to weigh yourself in the morning after you've been bathroom.

    Spoke to my CDC and he says he can fluctuate by 7lbs in a day! Crazy, but makes me feel a lot better
