    Smile So let's get losing!


    i'm new to this site and this is attempt 2 at CD as I only lasted 3 days back in March!
    i am on step 2 and on day 3, not in Ketosis and not feeling too hopeful as only lost 1kg. Last time I had lost about 2kg in the three days but hey ho.

    I'm terrible at diets as a whole but I have about 3 stones to lose and need support and motivation as many other do!

    im sure if I'm not in ketosis I will still lose weight in a vlcd. Has anyone ever gone a little over the 810 calories to like 860 and had any issues losing?

    My my first weight in is Next Tuesday so fingers crossed!

    be great to speak to others of the plan and see how you are all going!

    Hi bagmadlady! Well done for getting to day 3! Day four should be the turning point! I'm useless with diets, I have very weak willpower, am ok for a couple of weeks but then I cave and go back to my chocolate and dominos pizza I've done this plan about four times before, the longest I've ever lasted is four weeks so I'm hoping to beat that this time...I'm in my third week of being 100%! I'm sure you'll be in ketosis v soon....signs can be being v cold, awful taste in mouth (horrendous breath) and having more energy! Can't say I've got more energy tbh, but having three children does that to you I think! Good luck, keep drinking lots and stay strong!! X

    you our sound just like me, straight to Dominos! Had a bit of a headache today and breadth not fab either. Not looking forward to the weekend but will just keep myself busy.
    i want to try stick it for 4 weeks, have a weekend off and do another four weeks. Obviously take it steady on the weekend off but I think that will be the only way I'll manage as it is very boring and unsociable!
    well done in your progress though, that's wonderful!
