    Operation Portugal

    Hiya!

    Have to be quick, I need to get back to work.

    Just finished my first week on CD SS and I lost 14 lbs. I'm on week 2 now and feeling motivated. Nobody around me really gets it so I've come back here for some support.

    Starting weight : 15st 12lbs
    Current weight: 14 st 12lbs

    I want to be in the 12's by October.

    I tried before but only lasted a week but this time I mean business, I'm not going to be chunky abroad... Again!!

    Is 12st something do-able by the end of October?

    Day 10, still going strong.. It's going really quickly and I'm not bothered by food in the slightest.

    I've worked about 60 odd hours this week so I've basically lived in my uniform. Well tonight I put on regular clothes and I felt so amazing!! I went to my friends house and she took one look at me and said chuffing hell!! (Well you know what she said)

    Must have been a shock when she saw me a stone heavier last week! My tummy feels flatter and clothes fit me better already.

    I'm really in the zone now and starting to feel happy again. I'm looking forward to not being the fat chick covering up abroad lol.

    i'm back on, i have been to alton towers today and just drank water... completely forgot to take any products with me so i've had a shake, a soup and a porridge when I got back. I need to get this water in me!!! I'm not finding it as easy as week 1, i thought this diet would be perfect for me working long hours in my car but i'm too busy to stop and drink!! lol i'm going to smash the water and products in me this week though even if it means wetting myself haha, need to see a big loss again to keep me motivated

    You did really well not succumbing at Alton towers all day with all that junk food around!

    Oh it smelt gorgeous lol but i soldiered on!!

    Having a better day today, 2 shakes and 2 bottles of water down.... 2 shakes and hopefully 2 more water to go!

    so day 17... I think

    recap so far.

    week 1, brilliant, 13.5lbs down, and I could tell! I was 100% and so motivated.

    Saturday came and I went out, alcohol led me to a curry house and i failed miserably, week 2 i lost 1.5lbs!

    Still... it's a loss and I can't grumble at over a stone in 2 weeks.

    Tomorrow I get weighed again as i'm going to pick up a months worth of products and consultant said she wants to weigh me once ive been back on track a few days. Water is going down brill today.

    I have survived my Daughters buffet party, which I made myself, and didn't eat a thing! I have survived Alton Towers, I have survived not eating except from that Saturday... now i keep telling myself that 12 weeks is not a long time and the 12 weeks will run out whether i do Cambridge or not, so i'm gonna do it and come out thinner! Feeling motivated again now

    Hi Jade! Thought I'd check out your diary!

    Very inspiring - can't wait to be fully in the zone again. It normally takes a couple of weeks for me to get into it and I'm on day 4! Arghh! Going to a house warming party today but luckily I'm driving so no tempation to drink and therefore 'less' temptation to eat food.

    I'm going to Dubai in 95 days and it'll be my third time. Both other times I have been overweight and feeling self conscious on the beach. Plus hot and sweaty and generally gross. We are staying the the luxurious Atlantis (google it!) and I really want to feel like I fit in there this time. It's also my 32nd birthday whilst we are out there and we want to go to the exclusive Nobu restaurant. I would love to get dressed up and feel beautiful.

    Big motivation!!

    Been busy working, i'm doing good, my work trousers are SO loose now, the only thing holding them up in my hips lol, regretting spending a small fortune on them in NEXT now lol... I need to buy more! But it's making me feel good even if i do look like a mess in my baggy uniform

    Consultant still on holiday so i weighed myself today, I think i am 14st 2lbs... total loss of 24lbs in 3 weeks, another 4lbs for next week and I would have done 2 stone in 4 weeks. Happy me!
