So, hello guys.
I am back.
I have done the 500 diet for 3,5 weeks about 1,5 years ago.
I was doing okay but had some things coming up in which I really didn't feel socially comfortable to continue the diet. I slowly went back to regular eating and was doing fine for a while. The idea of finishing the diet never left my mind but generally I felt pretty okay with myself.
Until not too long ago I realized that I wasn't feeling comfortable anymore.
My condition hit rock-bottom, my clothes didn't fit me that well anymore and I felt heavy and tired most of the time.
I am doing a course to happiness and through this I realized how much my current health is bugging me. I decided I will take up running again. But I also knew I was going for weightless results, and fast.
So last tuesday I contacted a coach in my area and we had an appointment for the next day.
The scale showed me that since my last weightless adventure I had gained 10 kgs.. Holy ****. I am really ashamed and uncomfortable with my weight right now!
Even more reasons to continue with this diet!
So, here I am again.
This morning I've had my first shake(chocolate) and realized I am really doing this again.
I feel motivated!
It's almost my regular lunch time but I'm trying to stretch it out a little, so I won't be hungry in the early evening.
Feeling a little light headed but the licoriceroot tea helps with that a little.
I know I just have to push through these three days and things will start to get easier from there on.
Let's do this!
