my weight loss diary journey. its D day tomorrow 12/05/2015

Well I meet with my cd woman tomorrow to get started on ss+. Here is to a healthier, slimmer, happier me. I have at least 4 stone to lose. Maybe not sound much but been only 4ft 11 and a bit it does show.

My first goal is to lose a stone.
My second goal is to fit into a pair of .
My third goal is to lose enough by August as my daughter and I have a photo shoot together and I dont want to show her up and ruin it.
My last goal is to be a size 10 by November.
