Looking for advice/opinions
I was just wondering about doing LT TFR again. You can see from my signature what I've done before.
I have lost weight with it before but keep putting it back on again which means that I haven't gotten to the root of the problem.
So, here I am back over 14 stone and very unhealthy.
Has anyone done this diet and had to go back to it a few times as they can't maintain the loss.
It feels like a never ending battle that I keep losing.
I'm just looking for opinions and other peoples experience, as I know the decision lies with me.
