Attack Yoghurts Confused......

Starting on Saturday and doing a week of Attack. Seen so many things mentioned about yoghurts.

At the moment Toffee Muller Light seems to be the only safe one.

Are there any others that are ok to have while I do my attack week. I hope to have a yoghurt for breakfast.

The whole yoghurt area is a bit of a minefield! Sometimes Dukan say Muller toffee and vanilla are ok (I have also seen them saying on the official chat that they are not ok), but they do still contain sugar so I wouldn't eat too many, as they are big. Many of us prefer to buy the natural yoghurt and sweeten/flavour it ourselves. The Total 0% Greek yoghurt is delicious.

Can you get Total zero-fat Greek Yogurt? It's thick and creamy tasting, not at all sour, and you can flavour it yourself!

I admit I love the toffee yogurts because it's the only flavour I can't replicate with essences - I usually stir a tablespoon of toffee yogurt over the greek yogurt as a desert. Yum

It's funny but toffee chocolate and banana don't do anything for me in yoghurt terms - I guess I am looking for a fruity flavour.

that sounds good idea, will be scouring the yoghurt aisle on friday

I would never have thought of eating a toffee yogurt before starting Dukan - I think is more to do with missing that toffee flavour than anything else.

I'm experimenting with flower flavours in yogurt at the moment - rose and orange blossom so far. Lovely summery smell and taste.

I bought some Valencia orange flavouring in Sainburys and it was bloody lovely - then discovered it was oil based :-(

On attack, you'd be far better eating your oatbran at breakfast to set you up for the day. I don't find yoghurt particularly filling...

I like the total greek yoghurt mixed with my oatbran with a bit sweetener for breakfast, quick and easy, filling too :)
