hmmm - not wishing to be controversial here, but I'd advise against this sort of thing (as does the official website actually). Why not post your menus instead (in the menu thread) and see whether we can pinpoint anything you could amend, rather. Often weight loss stalls for a couple of days and sometimes, horror of horrors, we can see an unjustified gain, but over all it's a steady loss and so I'd stick to the alternating of PPp and PV days right through to target, if I were you.
