Hi Dukaneers,
I've returned to minims with the hope of learning the new Dukan 2, 7 steps and whether it works. Loving the look of it. Anyone on this one???

Think I will have to buy the new book as I cant find out about the oat bran.is it on the new plan or not ? Lol I've been googling like crazy for answers and tips

Hi Sara, three years ago today I had lost 1 stone and I was so loving Dukan. Back now, I've down loaded the new Dukan 2 and as this is day 3......I'm allowed medium piece of fruit.....whooop xxx
Sara you can do this this come on let's just do itxxx Dukan says onwards and downwards xxx

Hello sweetie! The Dukan 2 is good but you have to have control coz if you don't the weekends are a nightmare.ive got the kindle version xx

i want to start dukan 2, did dukan 3 years ago and lost but cannot start with dukan diet and keep on falling off the wagon.

any progress
