Okay so have read the above entries, what do I think? That should have made more of an effort to stay on track, that even if I have no belief I can do this, I have to do this, the proof is the weight loss when you stick to the plan. So, tomorrow one half shake and one half soup at work, then half soup and bar for tea followed by half shake in coffees in evening. One soup one shake one bar for the day. No extras.
If I can't do it for one day, I am going onto weight watchers.
You know you can do it Angie. You just have to want it enough.

Planned what I wanted to do and had one shake one soup one bar and lots of fluid, It wasn't even that hard. But must do the same tomorrow and the next and the next. I now have a wanting to be thinner to look like my old self ;-)

Hi Angie - Great to see you back -I have not been doing well at all (as you can see from my ticker) but messing about losing and gaining the same weight again and again - but it's day 1 again today! Look forward to reading about your further progress

I have aimed to lose at least 3lbs a week as I know that is possible if I concentrate on not cheating! Just losing 3 a week is keeping me going
Also, it's not much but losing the last few pounds seems to have made a large difference in my appearance. I can really see it in my figure. I am also determined to be 15 stone by valentines, these short term definite goals are really helping ;-)

I am back on exante and back in the zone
if I don't have a shake until late I don't feel hungry and I have little interest in food
Once I am in the zone I have no problems refusing carbs
I am able to follow this diet at work, work is also a distraction
I lose weight ultra quick on vlcd, so the motivation is good
I have done a vlcd before, successfully. I know It works
I can't eat any type of diet replacement bar without wanting to eat several a day....they also make me hungry
I have gotten used to eating low carb when breaking the diet...this can go from having something good like a piece of fish all the way up to 4 pieces of kfc like chicken followed by a glass of wine!
I find it almost impossible to turn down food that is a) free b) part of a social event
I have a small child. When I am feeling weak, it is really hard to watch her drop food on the floor
On the weekends, one of my only pleasures shared with my OH is having meals together. I really miss having an enjoyable meal with him
I have yet to be strong enough this time, to be 100% on Fri/ sat and Sun
For this week, including fri.sat.sun have only the allowed shakes. No low carb. Check weight next Tues. See how much you can lose if100%
Do not go to any social meet ups unprepared.
Do not buy any food replacement bars this weekend
Explain to OH that will not be able to have extras for 7 days
Take every day as it comes.
Read the exante 100% threads if feeling challenged
Return in a week and reflect on the last week

And I completely mucked up.
I thought "don't weigh, it'll upset you from the track" what did I do? I weighed last Thurs, because I knew I was looking thinner and thought I would be 15 stone. I was 15.3
I was disappointed but happy to be getting nearer my sticking point. Then I felt relaxed about dieting, then I felt justified to eat as it was the bank holiday.
Then I ate my weight in carbs and I am now back up to 15.10 this am. come on angie!
Your one and only goal now is to get under 15 stone. That's the 5th time now you've got to that weight and gone into reverse
It's not that I don't want to be slimmer. But obviously something in my head thinks I shouldn't go below 15
I really must not weigh myself
