    Hey everyone!
    ive just completed day one on Exante. Ahhh it was soooo tough. I was mad hungry all day but I pushed through. The food isn't too bad, except I had the shepherds pie and I didn't really like it. Loved the porridge! Shake was fine too!
    Going to do half an hours exercise tomorrow. Excited for a new day. I can do this! Hunger is just a state of mind Lets go! Xx

    Day two and I'm sooo hungry lol. Keep going to put food in my mouth and then catching myself!
    Feeling slightly headachey and tired and have a disgusting taste in my mouth when I breathe out. Everything working as it should then!

    Woohoo!! Day three and I think I'm in ketosis. No real hunger, feel super energised, really happy and almost euphoric!! I'm loving it! I've also lost five pounds already. Does it stay like this? The feeling I mean, cuz I could swap junk food for this for a few months no problem!!

    I'm freezing lol he he. I feel full on my red bean chilli which I thought was delicious!! I find myself eating slowly and savouring every mouthful. I even survived going to a restaurant with my family, and just drank a diet coke. Shopping afterwards I bought some chicken just incase but if I don't need it, the kids can have it. I feel so so confident and I'm so proud that I've completed three days!!

    Thanks! I've been almost 100% today. I really struggled. I felt faint while my dinner was cooking so I nibbled on about 1/4 of a breast of chicken, if even that. Other than that it's been great. I still feel weak and hungry sometimes, though I suppose it takes a good week or more to fully pass that.
