    Will I do it this time?

    I am back !

    In September, I was going to switch diet after I completed my 4 weeks of Cambridge diet. I was really excited to try exante diet since they had more food choices than CD. After the 4 weeks, I started the Exante diet. The taste was horrible. I couldn't eat it and I felt like puking ... I was told that I will get used to it so I should keep trying. I tried most of the product and felt disgusting for me so I gave up and quitted the diet.

    Is been 1 month since I quitted but now I am back. I am currently on day 2 of Exante diet. I am getting used to the shakes. The ready meals still taste disgusting for me but I will try my best to finish it !.
    Cambridge Diet ~ 13/9/13
    Start Weight~ 16st3lb. I lost 1st5lb in 4 weeks. Quitted for a month

    Good luck. I'm just on the shakes and the bars at the moment and find all of those things very palatable. I'm making up the shakes with 600mls of water which reduces the sweetness and boosts your water intake. Haven't tried any of the soups yet and am mildly revolted by the thought of the food so not sure if I'll give that a go.

    Currently on Day 4! Everything is fine. I been eating the Porridge and shakes. I don't know what I will do with the ready meals since I really dislike the taste.If someone want to trade that will be awesome. I have Pasta Carbonara, Spaghetti Bolognese, Shepherd's Pie x6 and Red Bean Chilli x5
