    Hi all,

    I am hopefully starting Exante Total Solution tomorrow. Was meant to start today but the courier didn't turn up. I only ordered 6 days of supplies so I am hoping that will be enough to get me into ketosis and decide if I want to continue with the diet. It certainly would be cheaper than buying food as I seem to spend too much on that!

    Hi Bella, once you're over the first few days it gets much easier, it can feel bad (for some) until they get into ketosis but it's fine after that - good luck and please keep us posted as to how you're getting on.

    My Exante stuff arrived! I just had a toffee caramel (I think?) shake. I found it a bit bland but I'm eager to try the other flavors. I ordered one of each so I can find out what I like. I'd rate the toffee one 4/10.

    I'm feeling a bit funny in my tummy. I'm not sure I'll be able to drink all of the water today! I've got a 500ml bottle of water here plus a drink of blackcurrant flavoring with water. If I can drink this then I'm nearly halfway there.

    I already messed up!!!

    My calories are still low but my carbs are now not... I ate about 200 calories...

    I feel like such an idiot! Oh well, guess I can try again tomorrow...

    I do, one left for today. Thanks for your reply.

    I guess it is just a matter of getting back on track, like you said. I guess it will delay ketosis for a bit but at least I'm still on a low calorie intake.

    That's right Bella. If you manage to stick with it today at least the little side track wont continue tomorrow x

    I did 20 mins of circuit training which apparently burnt 155 calories. I won't be doing it on days when I stick to Exante 100% until my body gets used to it (I think Exante recommended this time was 2 weeks). Now I don't feel so guilty about having a shake.

    Tried the chocolate shake and go - I'd give it 6/10. Didn't blend very well and doesn't really taste of chocolate, but then again it's not going to be Nesquick! I'm actually quite enjoying it.

    Here's to tomorrow being better than today!

    Keep going and you'll soon be losing and feeling better. If you don't like a shake you can also try it hot, I only ever have them hot.

    Just having a strawberry shake for my lunch. It's really quite nice, I'd rate it 7.5 / 10.

    Had a raisin bar for breakfast. That was okay, 5 / 10.

    So far so good, did a bit of walking. Had some peppermint tea.

    Edit - 2 hours on...

    I'm really struggling. All I can think about is food! I'm having 500 ml of water with 2 tsp of orange flavor to see if that helps. But I suspect all my cravings are emotional and not physical...
