    Slim for summer

    So I thought I would start a diary in the hope it keeps me on track...

    I work overseas during the summer (and sometimes winter) and since coming back from Spain in November and eating 3 meals a day and doing hardly exercise, the weight I lost last year has piled back on. I'm due to go back to Greece in April so am on a mission to lose as much as possible between now and then!

    I lost 14lbs in week one, and since Wednesday ( start of week 2) I'm already down 3lbs.

    I'm hoping to lose at least another 2st before I leave which would have me in the 13's for the first time in about 10 years so that's my focus right now, especially as I will need to buy lots of nice summer dresses and tops soon!

    I had to come off the plan for two weeks as I had a bumper pack and didn't like the porridge a and half of the shakes so I didn't have enough packs to get me through til payday! I got paid on Friday so bought a 4 weeks supply of just shakes that I like so I'm back with a vengeance! I've got 6.5 weeks to loose as much as possible before I leave for Greece

    I am on day 4 and 6lbs down already so I'm now focused to keep going.

    I'm finding it so much easier just having shakes, it's taken out food and thinking of food completely so I'm loving it!

    You cant beat the simplicity of this diet can you. No need for any mucking about with food if you are doing TS, X

    Definitely not, it's so much easier! I'm working at 3pm and won't be home until 10pm so am trying to cram all 3 shakes in before I go.

    Another 1lb off today taking me down to 15st 12lb. At this rate I will definitely be in the low 14's by the time I'm in Greece

    I wouldn't have time to have it as I don't have a break. My shift is 4-8 and the time before and after that is travelling! It's ok though, just had my last shake and am full to the brim so I can just have a cup of peppermint tea and go to bed when I get home! X

    I like to weigh myself every day and another 2lbs off in the last 3 days, so happy. Even if I only lose another 1lb between now and Friday (official weekly weigh in day) I will still be happy with a 3lb weekly loss. I WILL look good on my bikini's!
