Thought i'd start a new diary to note down my progress and general ramblings about things. And also cos i couldnt find my old one! Have had my 1st WI today and lost 11.5lbs. Happy with this and it takes me into the next stone bracket. Hopefully soon be out of the 20s!

Week 2 sees 3lbs toddle off, so thats 1st .5lbs in 2 weeks. (had a sneaky peek yesterday at the scales and was 5lbs down, serves me right for looking!)
Really hoping to get down to 17st 7 for my hols in July so i feel comfy enough flying etc.
Exciting stuff too.... booked next years hols on Friday. 2 weeks in Florida, will be my 2nd visit but my daughters 1st. Paying for my mum to go too as its her 60th next year. Should be fab and is another spur for the weight loss.
Bring on week 3!
