I've lost 5.5 stone. (Use to be 6.6).

Can't seem to lose the extra stone plus another stone to target. So unhappy. So I'm doing this for myself.

Not more peer pressure into drinking and eating. Dammit!!! I've lost 5.5 stone so I sure as damn cab lose another 2!!!
 
Of course you can do this. Look at what you've already achieved. As you say, next time your mates try to pressure you into eating or drinking then remember, you are doing this for you, for your happiness so stay strong and just say NO! Good luck.
 
I know. I keep hating myself every morning after. I'm the only one that can do this. Time to start looking after myself. There will be plenty of nights out after. Thank u :)

Day 1!!!

Start weight: 9 stone 9.4 lbs

Waist: 31 inches
Naval: 36 inches
Hips 37.5 inches
Thigh 23 inches

Pre breakfast: 10:18am
Chi green tea
1 litre of water

Breakfast :12pm banana shake

4pm choc orange bar

8pm boullion

9pm curry

3 litres of plain water.

You have done so well, you can lose that last stone. Be nice to yourself thought wise, you deserve it.

Thank u. Currently sitting in a cafe watching my mum n daughter eat gravy chips. But my choc orange bar and green tea is yummy :)
 
Day 2

Breakfast: banana shake

Lunch: choc orange bar

Dinner: steak, much rooms peppers onions and sit sauce
Sushi.

Bit of track today but around 1000 calories ate. Back to 600 tomorrow
 
Day 3

Breakfast: porridge

Lunch: choc orange bar. Green tea

Dinner: double choc bar. Green tea

Snack: chicken breast

3 litres of water

1.5 hr walk

Breakfast: porridge

Lunch: peri peri wrap. 295

Dinner: home made Healthy chicken 189 with pitta bread 166

Snack: double choc bar.

Went off plan today but still around 1000 calories. And all healthy

3litres of water

That's such an amazing loss. I can't imagine even getting close to that but all we can do is try! Hope today is a good day for you!

Dinner: vindaloo rice and nann. :( after a long walk

My calorie intake for today was 1014
I burned 351 doing a two hour walk

Hey Charliemae, looks like you're doing fine. Just popping in to say I hope you're weekend goes well. Assuming that that's when the peer pressure is at its worst!! So remember to stay strong and think about what you REALLY want - to lose 2 stone and you can do that in around 2 months and probably less on this. What is 2 months to achieve your goal? So stay strong and JUST SAY NO!!!!! :girlpower:
 
If only I read your post earlier :( had a chicken vindaloo and some nann after a 2 hour walk and I was so hungry.

Added up all my calories and it ended up 1014 then I burnt 351. So not a total loss so just have to get back on track tomorrow.

Lunch: choc orange

Dinner: steak with mushroom and onion. Some pepper sauce
