Amie's Second Chance
So here I am again, albeit under a different username. I did Lipotrim and exante successfully last year and lost a fair amount of weight in a short space of time. I think I started at 12st 13Ibs and dropped to 11ish off the top of my head, not quite at goal but I was sort of happy with how I was. I halted it all just before christmas I think or it may have even been before that and I dont know why.
A lot has changed since then and I have almost gained all my weight back, im currently sat at work at around 12st 5Ib and I am not at all happy with this but for weeks I have been looking at the exante stuff I have from the previous attempt and a couple of months ago brought the shake and soup pack but didnt go anywhere with it. I split with my ex of half and a half years in January and after a bit of online dating I have currently been with a really lovely guy for 3 months and here is where the weight has drastically crept up and although he says im beautiful and all those sort of comments I know that I am not the same size as he met me only 3 months ago and I hate it. Now is the time to do something about it and as from tomorrow morning I am total solution with no distractions, I will do this for myself so I can then be 100% happy with myself and look the best I can be. I didnt expect this to become quite the novel it has but I suppose when you start typing everything comes out. I even signed up to puregym last week and still have not been.

For some reason your post went into automatic moderation it can do that sometimes when you are a newbie...I will keep an eye on it and approve your posts if it happens again.

So now after my shake of vanilla with a little coffee in it I wonder, 1. How on earth did I not spew it all over the till and 2. How am I going to complete this.
To say it was disgusting is an understatement, lumpy with bits floating on the top and a funny taste.
I have a thai chicken soup for dinner which im not sure about now, and a choc orange bar for tea which I know I like.
Kinda wishing id brought another hot meal pack rather than the shake and soup one :/
Weighed myself this morning which in my work uniform and im currently 12st 7Ib which isnt my highest but is about 1st 7Ib higher than I was when I stopped before.
Onwards and downwards I suppose, I may write again after the chicken soup which now fills me with dread!

I may have to have a look and invest in one of those I think.
I use a shaker that I got with a pack last year, it has a metal whisk type ball thing in it. Only thing I find with those shakers is they hold the smell of the shakes and makes me feel sick so need to get something a bit better I think.
Hi Amie, I use an electric whisk for the shakes, no lumps at all so worth trying some other way. Lumps does not sound good!!

Goals for 2015:
1. TS for 31 days till hols , target - 20lb & into the 13s.
(lost 19.25 lbs) weight 14s exactly so 0.75lb short of target.
2. Limit holiday gain to 7lb - achievable as mainly a walking hols ( Achieved. Had a gain of 6.5lb, very happy with that)
3. TS for 37 days till Easter - ( target loss 18lb & into low 13s)
4. Week off plan
5. TS till 11st 7lb reached - (hopefully by end of June)
6. Slimming World till target loss of 10st (by November)
7. Fit into size 12 jeans
8. Maintenance plan (not sure how yet )
