Any thoughts please

Hi, I'm currently on total solutions with another 2 stone to go. I am finishing just before we go on holiday as hopefully should get to my goal then in July. I've been looking through books and trying to think about how I'm going to introduce food back. I don't intend taking any packs on holiday as I'm camping and I want to enjoy my holiday, without going mad though. I thought about eating natural yogart for breakfast, salads for lunch and then protein and salad for dinner with 2 pieces for fruit a day, plenty of water and 1 glass of wine each day. Does anyone that any thoughts, I'd appreciate any advise about how to keep the weight off. thanks
 
Only you know your own situation but I couldn't cope without protein for so long in the day, I would be likely to give in to temptation and feel really hungry/miserable all day. Are you wanting a two week break then going back on the diet, or is this holiday immediately after you finish the diet?I would stick to high protein and medium amounts of low GI carbs to come out of ketosis to be safe on alcohol, and would take a load of packs with me to help me make wise food choices - have a pack before going out for a meal, for example, so that I'm not so hungry. I'm staying on exante all year but my plan is to have a high protein breakfast - either exante shake or a proper smoothie made with silken tofu, ground flax and fruit, or if I'm staying away at a hotel with work then bacon & eggs. If at home or on a day off then salad with eggs/chicken/tuna for lunch, and meat with loads of veg for evening meal. If at work (10.5 hr shifts) then 2 exante shakes and a salad with protein.
 
if your sticking to calorie counting then why not set yourself a limit of how many calories you can have per day and then see if you can stick to it?
