    Hi Kwaix,

Fruit and vegetables contain fibre naturally so if you include that in what you eat every day you won't have any constipation problems

    Will get constipation problems?

Constipation is almost inevitable on any VLCD - everyone finds their own way to deal with it. There is a product called 'fibre clear' you can get it on amazon and this has no calories and can be added to soups, shakes. it might help, some chemists sell it too.

Most people end up taking laxatives now and again - but remember you are not eating much so will not go as often.
Drinking lots of water helps nearly everything.

    • If you are prepared to put up with some discomfort - you can achieve any goal.
    • Whether you think you can or think you can't, either way you are right. Henry Ford 1863-1947 .
    • I LOVE A BMI of 25 best - then everything fits.
