Hi all. I have done LT in the past and lost 4 and a half stone but found myself putting it all back on. After looking at alot of vlcd's I have set myself up for this one and received my 4 wk bumper pack last wk. I haven't weighed myself yet but I know I'm over 14 stone, probably closer to 15, which being 5" 2 puts my bmi at about 37ish. I will check my stats on Day 1 which I'm now wondering if I should start tomorrow instead of 3rd Jan, as my partying is well and truly over. I'm getting married in August so I need to get this fat gone asap x
