    New to Exante but not to TFR

    Hi all. I have done LT in the past and lost 4 and a half stone but found myself putting it all back on. After looking at alot of vlcd's I have set myself up for this one and received my 4 wk bumper pack last wk. I haven't weighed myself yet but I know I'm over 14 stone, probably closer to 15, which being 5" 2 puts my bmi at about 37ish. I will check my stats on Day 1 which I'm now wondering if I should start tomorrow instead of 3rd Jan, as my partying is well and truly over. I'm getting married in August so I need to get this fat gone asap x
    Start date: 29th December 2013.

    Goal 1: Get into the 13's - Done, 5th Jan 14.
    Goal 2: Lose 1 stone - Done, 5th Jan 14.
    Goal 3: Get into the 12's - Done, 19th Jan 14.
    Goal 4: Lose 2 stone - Done, 2nd Feb 14.
    Goal 5: Weigh less than my SO - Done, 23rd Feb 14.
    Goal 6: Get into the 11's - Done, 23rd Feb 14.
    Goal 7: Lose 3 stone.
    Goal 8: Get into the 10's.
    Goal 9: Lose 4 stone.
    Goal 10: Get to Target Weight( 10 stone).

    Then see how I feel :-)

    Hi Twinkle. Good luck with your exante journey. If you aren't planning any more parties you might as well start straight away. I've had a few weeks off and am restarting on 2nd January. I've put up a couple of challenges for the new year if you're interested in joining.

    Total loss April to December 2013 - 32 lb
    2014 restart
    Starting weight 12st 12lb (18lb gain) Target loss 68 lb
    Week 1: 3lb loss (12st 9lb)
    Week 2: 2lb loss (12st 7lb)
    Week 3: 2lb loss (12st 5lb)
    Week 4: 2lb loss (12st 3lb)

    Short term goals
    • ​1stone loss (11st 12lb)
    • to get into the 11s
    • to be classed as 'overweight' and not 'obese' - 11st 4lb - BMI 29.9
